As a specialist in pediatric & sports nutrition Emily is dedicated to helping athletes fuel optimal growth, performance and recovery. When she’s not coaching Food First clients or cheering on her kids at the rink, you’ll find Emily in the gym, or cooking-up energizing recipes on the GetJoyfull blog.
